We are looking to hire core team members who would be responsible for the fund-raising efforts and managing end-to-end relationships with existing and potential clients and investors in India and outside. It is an individual performance role.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters in Finance, Marketing or related fields

- Experience with Deal advisory, or frontend Investment Banking

- Experience with business development, hardcore sales, and client/investor relationship

- Experience preferably with BSFI or Financial Services Industry

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as a part of team

- Having good understanding of investment banking domain

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handling end-to-end deal execution, from sourcing the deal, preparing the collaterals like pitch decks, financial models, etc and handling the investor relations

- Build relationships with larger MSME, startups and investors ecosystems including financial institutions, family offices, fund of funds, private equity, VC, and HNIs etc

- Develop active pipeline of potential clients for fundraising and execute outreach initiatives to source, engage and onboard them

- Conduct extensive research to find new investors and clients and maintain databases

- Execute a seamless process for timely communication and response to investor queries
