The question is about previous profile, reason for change and EV formula.
Previous profile was in corporate finance, but I wanted to switch to investment banking for more challenging work.
EV stands for Enterprise Value and is calculated as market capitalization plus debt minus cash and cash equivalents.
Formula for EV is: EV = Market Capitalization + Debt - Cash and Cash Equivalents.
