Job Summary:
The Supply Partner Development Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the companys supply channels by building strong networks of vendors, freelancers, and franchise partners. This role is essential for ensuring a reliable, high-quality, and scalable supply chain for our doorstep auto maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, operations, and network building in a
tech-driven environment. Youll focus on sourcing and onboarding the right partners to ensure that our services are consistently delivered at high quality, and that we maintain flexibility and efficiency across all regions.
Key Responsibilities:
○ Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors for auto parts, equipment, and tools essential for our doorstep services.
○ Establish long-term relationships with key vendors to ensure timely deliveries, competitive pricing, and high-quality materials.
○ Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best possible terms for the company and maintain an efficient supply chain.
○ Monitor vendor performance and address any issues to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
○ Continuously assess the vendor landscape and seek opportunities to diversify and improve the supply base.
● Freelancer Network Building & Management:
○ Build and maintain a robust network of skilled freelance technicians and support staff to handle on-demand services.
○ Recruit and onboard freelance auto maintenance professionals who meet the companys standards for service quality, timeliness, and professionalism.
○ Develop and implement effective training programs for freelancers to ensure high-quality standards and consistency across all regions.
○ Create and manage performance monitoring systems for freelancers, tracking key metrics such as service quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
○ Develop competitive compensation models and incentive structures to retain top-tier freelance talent.
● Franchise Partner Development:
○ Identify and recruit potential franchise partners who align with the company’s mission, values, and service standards.
○ Develop a scalable franchise model, including comprehensive franchisee onboarding, training, and operational manuals.
○ Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, ensuring they adhere to company standards, deliver high-quality services, and achieve business growth.
○ Continuously monitor and evaluate franchisee performance and provide recommendations for improvement or additional support.
● Supply Chain Strategy & Optimization:
○ Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to streamline supply channels for maximum efficiency, ensuring timely deliveries and service scalability.
○ Optimize the performance of vendors, freelancers, and franchise partners to meet fluctuating demand, ensuring we have the right number of resources available at all times.
○ Implement supply chain best practices and create processes that align with company goals of reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
○ Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve supply chain processes, from inventory management to workforce scheduling.
● Sales & Business Development:
○ Collaborate with the business development team to create and execute strategies for acquiring new vendors, freelancers, and franchise partners.
○ Develop strong relationships with key business partners, ensuring alignment on long-term goals and partnership growth.
○ Contribute to the development of marketing and sales strategies to attract high-quality suppliers, freelancers, and franchisees.
○ Track and report on business development efforts, providing regular updates on progress and key performance indicators.
● Performance Tracking & Reporting:
○ Establish and monitor KPIs for vendors, freelancers, and franchise partners to track the success and performance of the supply channels.
○ Provide regular updates to senior management on supply channel development, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
○ Identify issues in the supply channels and develop proactive solutions to address them in a timely manner.
○ Maintain a data-driven approach to decision-making, using insights to continuously refine and optimize supply network strategies.
● Customer-Centric Focus:
○ Ensure that the development of the supply channels prioritizes customer satisfaction, ensuring that services are provided on time and at the highest quality.
○ Gather feedback from customers and partners to identify areas for improvement and potential new offerings that will drive customer loyalty.
○ Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure that issues related to service delivery, quality, or supply are resolved quickly.
