Job Overview

We are looking for an Retail Manager - Experience Centres to set up and manage on-premise car accessories and value-added service centres within parking premises. This role will be responsible for driving sales, leading experience centre teams, and developing customer-centric strategies to maximize revenue. The ideal candidate should have strong retail sales leadership experience, expertise in car accessories and value-added services, and a strategic mindset to optimize customer engagement and sales performance.

What will you Drive?

1. Experience Centre Setup & Expansion

• Identify strategic parking premises to set up car accessories experience centres in the used car sales yards.
• Work with commercials, operations and real estate teams to plan and execute seamless store launches.
• Ensure each centre is equipped with the right infrastructure, product display, and sales materials.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue from car accessories and value-added services.
• Drive cross-selling and upselling of services such as ceramic coating, detailing, accessories, Service packs, and other car care products.
• Create localized sales strategies tailored to customer demographics and parking facility usage patterns.

3. Customer Experience & Engagement

• Design an interactive customer journey at the experience centres, ensuring an engaging and consultative sales approach.
• Train teams to educate customers about product benefits and service offerings to enhance conversion rates.
• Implement loyalty programs, bundling strategies, and seasonal promotions to drive repeat purchases.

4. Sales Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Recruit, train, and manage sales teams at each experience centre to ensure high-performance culture.
• Set sales KPIs including footfall conversion, average ticket size, revenue per centre, and customer retention rates.
• Continuously monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement incentive structures to boost motivation.
• Present insights and growth strategies to senior management to expand and optimize experience centres.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing teams to drive footfall via targeted campaigns and promotions.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels of high-demand accessories.
• Align with operations and service teams to enhance the overall customer experience and post-sales service.

What are we looking for ?

• Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in retail sales, automotive accessories, or car service industry.
• Strong track record in setting up and scaling retail/service outlets.
• Expertise in sales performance management, customer engagement, and conversion optimization.
• Experience in managing a multi-location sales team and driving revenue growth.
• Experience in automotive retail, auto accessories, or value-added car services.
• Knowledge of customer-centric retail experiences and omnichannel sales strategies
