Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Head to lead our inbound and outbound sales team in converting car service-related leads into bookings. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, lead conversion rates, and call centre SLAs to ensure a seamless customer experience and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in sales-driven call centre operations, and a deep understanding of customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Call Centre Sales Leadership & Strategy

• Both lead and manage the call centre sales team handling inbound and outbound leads for car maintenance services.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to improve lead-to-conversion rates and maximize revenue.
• Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and drive team motivation to achieve goals.

2. Lead Management & Conversion Optimization

• Optimize lead handling processes to ensure a high lead-to-conversion ratio.
• Implement scripts, objection-handling techniques, and upselling strategies to improve service bookings.
• Work closely with the Growth and product teams to enhance the quality of inbound leads.

3. Call Centre Performance & SLA Management

• Define, monitor, and improve call centre SLAs, including response time, call handling time, and service quality.
• Implement training programs to improve sales pitch effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Ensure a data-driven approach to track call centre productivity and optimize workflows.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics such as conversion rates, average handling time (AHT), and sales per agent.
• Use CRM and analytics tools to generate insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Present reports and recommendations to senior management for strategy refinement.

4. Customer Experience & Retention

• Ensure a smooth and professional customer journey from inquiry to booking confirmation.
• Implement customer feedback loops to improve call quality and service offerings.
• Work closely with the operations team to align sales promises with service execution.

5. Data-Driven Decision Making

• Track and analyze key performance metrics such as conversion rates, average handling time (AHT), and sales per agent.
• Use CRM and analytics tools to generate insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Present reports and recommendations to senior management for strategy refinement.

6. Team Development & Leadership

• Recruit, train, and mentor sales agents to enhance their performance and sales skills.
• Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and incentives.
• Manage workforce planning and ensure efficient team scheduling for peak call hours.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in call centre sales leadership, preferably in automotive, e-commerce, or service-based industries.
• Strong track record in lead conversion optimization, sales coaching, and SLA management.
• Experience with CRM systems, telephony software, and call analytics tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to drive a performance-oriented sales culture in a fast-paced environment.
