Job Overview


As the Brand Manager at CARS24 you will play a key role in shaping and driving the company's brand identity, ensuring it reflects our innovative, customer-centric approach to auto maintenance. This role will oversee the brands creative and strategic direction, managing teams responsible for design, content creation, and video production to drive continuous engagement with our audience across both online and offline channels. The Brand Lead will be responsible for ensuring the company’s competitive positioning in the market, maintaining brand consistency, and cultivating a community of brand loyalists through various engagements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of brand strategy, marketing, and customer engagement, with a passion for building disruptive brands in a fast-paced, tech-driven industry. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited about shaping the future of a brand in a growing company.


What will you drive?


  • Brand Strategy Development & Execution: Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the companys mission and goals. ○ Ensure that the brands voice, identity, and positioning are consistent across all customer touchpoints and platforms, both online and offline. Create innovative campaigns that showcase the brands value proposition of trusted, transparent, and convenient auto care services. ○ Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to keep the brand competitive and relevant.

  • Creative Direction & Team Leadership: ○ Manage and guide the design, content creation, and video teams to produce high-quality creative assets that resonate with the target audience. ○ Oversee the development of all visual and written content, including advertisements, social media posts, website content, videos, and customer communications. ○ Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs while encouraging innovation and fresh ideas. ○ Foster a collaborative and productive environment within the brand team, aligning creative efforts with broader business goals.

  • Customer Engagement & Community Building: Develop and execute strategies to continuously engage customers, build brand loyalty, and encourage organic growth through various channels, including social media, email marketing, blogs, and offline events. ○ Establish initiatives and campaigns that build a strong community of brand loyalists, turning customers into ambassadors who advocate for the brand. ○ Organize events, webinars, and other interactive engagement opportunities to deepen relationships with the community. ○ Cultivate trust and transparency with customers, positioning the brand as a reliable partner for all their auto maintenance needs.

  • Content Creation & Distribution: Oversee content creation strategies across multiple channels (web, social, video, email) to ensure a consistent and engaging brand narrative. ○ Ensure content is tailored to customer needs, addressing pain points, educating the audience, and demonstrating the company's expertise in auto maintenance. ○ Lead video production efforts that effectively communicate the brands message, services, and customer success stories. ○ Track content performance and refine strategies based on analytics and audience feedback.

  • Market Competitiveness & Price Positioning: Work closely with the sales and pricing teams to ensure that the brand remains competitive in the marketplace while providing value-driven, transparent pricing to customers. ○ Analyze competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation in pricing, messaging, and service offerings. ○ Ensure that the brands pricing strategy aligns with customer expectations, market demands, and the company's financial goals.

What are we looking for?


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications, with a proven track record of building and scaling brands in the tech or service industry.
  • Experience managing and leading cross-functional teams, including design, content creation, and video production teams.
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, customer engagement, and digital marketing.
  • Strong background in creative direction, content strategy, and social media management.
  • Experience in building community-driven brands and driving organic growth through customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and measure brand performance.
  • Experience with market research, competitor analysis, and brand positioning.
  • Passion for innovation and disrupting traditional industries.
