What will you drive?
As a Sales Manager at CARS24, your primary responsibilities will include:
Dealer Acquisition and Management:
You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing dealers who will contribute customer leads to our platform. Leveraging platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other networks, you will expand our dealer base and ensure effective collaboration.
Sales Strategy and Lead Generation:
You will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to maximize lead generation. Engaging with customers who have listed their cars on social media and ensuring successful conversions will be a key focus of your role.
Team Leadership and Performance Management:
Managing a team of Sales Associates, you will provide guidance, set targets, and ensure that sales goals are met. You will mentor and motivate the team to optimize performance and drive results.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Ensuring that all sales data is accurately recorded, analyzed, and used for strategic decision-making. You will monitor performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Building and Maintaining Relationships:
Developing and nurturing strong relationships with dealers, partners, and key stakeholders is essential. You will focus on fostering long-term partnerships to drive continuous business growth.
Who are we looking for?
Sales Leadership and Strategy:
Proven experience in sales management, lead generation, and executing successful sales strategies, particularly through social media and digital platforms.
Strong Analytical and Data Orientation:
Ability to analyze market trends, monitor key sales metrics, and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
People Management and Relationship Building:
Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with business partners.
Experience:
Prior experience in sales management, business development, or account management roles is essential. Experience in the automotive industry or related sectors is a plus.
