Sales Manager | Loan Sales | CARS24

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Leading a team of sales executives to execute the loan processing journey of the customer in coordination with cross-functional teams to deliver monthly sales targets of the assigned clusters/yards.
• Responsible for building and mentoring a high-performance sales team, recruiting & training the new talent as per the business requirements.
• Monitor the team performance and conduct periodic reviews on important KPIs and target metrics.
• Identify key issues & challenges pertaining to the business & the team and identify ways to resolve them
• Analyzing the funnel at various stages to ensure all bottlenecks are solved for the team to achieve desired outcomes.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Fluency in the local language is a must.
• Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in sales & customer-facing roles, preferably in financial services or banking industry.
• Team management experience is a must.
• Must be a quick learner with the ability to work under pressure & timeline.
• Proven track record in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Ready to work in shifts and flexible work timings.
• Must have a valid driving licence (two-wheeler minimum, four-wheeler preferred).
• Travel within city/inter-city required.
• Sound understanding of digital systems and adoption to drive faster results.
