Manage the full hiring process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing qualified candidates
Be a true partner for the hiring managers: build a trustful relationship, understand their needs and develop an innovative hiring strategy
Participate in improving our employer branding and strategy around hiring and retention
Lead or participate in various projects: events, career page, editorial committee, compensation benefits strategy, hiring process, newcomers onboarding, interviewers training, external partner relationships, ... many more to come
A little more about you:
At least 2 years experience in recruiting/ MBA in HR.
Strong knowledge of the market
Passionate about building amazing teams
Resourceful in using creative tools to identify and attract highly in-demand talents
Strong candidate focus, committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Great communication and negotiation skills with consultative approach
Eager to learn and share knowledge with your team: collaboration is your second nature
Strong command over English
