Job Description

We are seeking a gifted and talented Sales Development Representative who will be one of and among our first local sales people in the Lucknow/Delhi NCR region.
Your role will be to contribute to our company s growth objectives by engaging inbound and outbound prospects, along with an Account Executive that is in charge of the closing.

Your mission at CallerDesk:

Run outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, calls) to raise curiosity and interest, and hunt business opportunities

Identify relevant sales targets and gather key lead information across the market: verticals, customer segments, current solutions, etc.

Understand CallerDesk s business value and product vision. Understand our customer profiles and their specific challenges and needs.

Understand the business and the buying cycle of leads

Continuously learn and update skills and stay aware of industry trends

A little more about you:

Preferably 1 year or more experience in sales, ideally at a SaaS company. Fresher s can also apply.

Fantastic communication skills, with affinity for live contacts (phone/email)

Working knowledge of CRM systems and a willingness to learn even more

Rigor and organizational skills (ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information)

Hands-on and entrepreneurial spirit.
