Presales Executive

Role Overview:

The Pre-sales Executive is responsible for driving leads of residential properties, building strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. This role requires a results-driven individual with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients through various channels to generate and qualify leads.
• Educate potential customers on Brens real estate offerings, including residential properties and ongoing developments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized service and addressing their needs.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and to close deals efficiently.
• Assist in organizing property viewings, presentations, and events.
• Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to better serve clients and contribute to strategy development.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and leads using CRM tools.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in pre-sales, sales support, or customer relations in the real estate industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence clients.
• In-depth knowledge of residential real estate trends and the local Bangalore property market.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate management systems.
• A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
