Job Description
Indic is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Presales Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team. This role is crucial for engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions using our electronic services. The ideal candidate will assist in driving sales through technical expertise and customer-oriented presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide both technical and business solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
- Create detailed proposal documents as part of the sales process.
- Coordinate with the product development team to ensure accurate and relevant product features for customers.
- Provide ongoing support to customers, responding to technical queries and resolving issues during the sales process.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through superior service and outstanding customer support.
- Conduct market research to understand the latest trends in electronics and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- BE in EMC or Masters in Marketing
- Minimum of 2 years experience in presales or a similar role, ideally within the electronics industry.
- Strong technical background with an understanding of electronic products and their applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for persuasive presentations.
- Ability to relate complex technical details to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of fostering strong customer relationships.
