We have an opening for a Presales professionals, having maximum 3-4 years experience in Presales or Technical Support, AV Industry background preferred.

As an Audio-Video Pre-sales Manager, youd be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of selling audio and video solutions to clients. Your primary duties might include:

• Understanding Client Needs: Collaborating with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose appropriate audio-video solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrating a deep understanding of audio-video technology, including hardware, software, and integration solutions.
• Solution Design: Developing customized audio-video solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients. Proposal Creation: Creating detailed proposals, including technical specifications, cost estimates, and timelines.
• Client Presentations: Delivering presentations to clients to showcase proposed solutions and explain technical details in a clear and understandable manner.
• Product Demonstrations: Conducting product demonstrations to highlight the features and capabilities of audio-video solutions.
• Collaboration with Vendors: Working closely with audio-video equipment vendors to stay updated on the latest products and technologies.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborating with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of audio-video projects.
• Market Research: Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the audio-video space.
• Customer Support: Providing technical support to clients during the pre-sales process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Training and Development: Conducting training sessions for sales teams to enhance their understanding of audio-video technology and solutions.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of pre-sales activities, including proposals, presentations, and client communications.
