Job Description:

• Sales Support & Solutions : Work with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions. Demonstrate product capabilities, configure solutions, and present technical aspects in a clear, compelling way.
• Technical Expertise : Understand product features and specifications in-depth. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and the latest technologies to provide insights and recommendations to customers.
• Customer Engagement : Act as a primary technical contact for customers during the pre- and post-sales process. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships by providing technical expertise and support.
• Solution Development : Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop customized solutions based on customer requirements, feedback, and industry needs.
• Documentation & Reporting : Prepare proposals, solution documents, and technical reports. Document technical requirements, solution designs, and provide feedback to improve product offerings.
• Product Training & Demonstration : Deliver product demonstrations and technical training to customers, ensuring they are well-informed about product features and capabilities.
