Asst. Manager / Manager - Production

• Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of assembly supervisors, technicians, and operators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards and customer specifications.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements, implementing Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Equipment and Technology Management: Manage and maintain assembly equipment and technology, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of materials and components, ensuring timely availability and minimizing excess inventory.
• Health, Safety, and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe and secure working environment for all employees.
• Supplier and Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with procurement teams to manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and components.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring prompt resolution of any issues.
