Sales Manager / Sales Executive (Wholesale Women's Wear)

We are a leading wholesale manufacturer of women's ethnic wear, specializing in premium quality suits, sarees, lehengas, and Indo-Western attire. We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Managers and Sales Executives to join our team and drive business growth by targeting shopkeepers and wholesale buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Connect with our existing and new wholesale customers, understand their needs, and build strong relationships.
• Sales Generation: Call, convince, and invite shopkeepers to explore our latest trends and product varieties regularly.
• Lead Conversion: Convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Product Promotion: Present and promote our products to potential clients through phone calls, meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Market Insights: Gather feedback from customers and market trends to support business strategies.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the wholesale or women's clothing industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Location: Based in Delhi, with the ability to travel locally if needed.
• Personality: Outgoing, persuasive, and customer-oriented.
• Target Audience: Experience in dealing with shopkeepers and wholesale markets is a plus.
