Store Manager ( Women's Ethnic Wear)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, from inventory management to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and high standards of service.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and sales performance.

Inventory & Stock Management:

• Manage stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment and manage stock transfers between stores.

Customer Service:

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Sales Management:

• Drive sales to meet and exceed store targets.
• Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to increase footfall and sales.

Team Management:

• Lead, train, and motivate the store staff to achieve performance goals.
• Schedule shifts, manage staff attendance, and handle employee performance evaluations.

Visual Merchandising:

• Ensure the store is well-presented, clean, and visually appealing.
• Implement merchandising strategies to highlight key products and promotions.

Financial Management:

• Monitor and manage the store's budget, expenses, and financial performance.
• Oversee billing, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain records of sales, inventory, and staff performance.
• Prepare regular reports for management and provide insights for business growth.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in the women's clothing or fashion industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Expertise: Proficient in inventory management, sales strategies, and team leadership.
• Location: Must be based in Delhi or willing to relocate.
• Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English is essential.
