Merchandise and Purchase Manager ( Women's Ethnic Wear)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Merchandise and Purchase Manager to manage and update our product categories, maintain top-notch designs, and stay ahead of market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:

• Keep all product categories, including suits, sarees, lehengas, and Western wear, updated across the showroom and company.
• Ensure sub-categories are well-organized and up-to-date with the latest trends and designs.

Design & Range Management:

• Maintain proper designs in every category and range to meet market demands.
• Collaborate with designers and vendors to introduce fresh and innovative styles.

Market Trend Analysis:

• Understand market trends and analyze customer preferences to influence product selection.
• Anticipate new trends and ensure products are available before the season arrives.

Merchandising Strategy:

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.
• Ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with the brands aesthetic.

Inventory & Purchasing:

• Manage inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
• Coordinate with suppliers to procure the best materials and products at competitive prices.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and design teams to align merchandising strategies with business goals.
• Support promotional activities and product launches with well-timed merchandise updates.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in merchandise and purchase management, preferably in the fashion or textile industry.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, creativity in design selection, and understanding of market trends.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of women's ethnic wear and fashion trends.
• Location: Must be based in Delhi or willing to relocate.
• Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred.
