Assistant Director

A renowned manufacturer of women's ethnic wear, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Director to support our Directors in overseeing company operations and ensuring optimal performance across all departments. The ideal candidate will have strong decision-making abilities, strategic planning skills, and the capability to closely monitor and manage operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Monitoring:

• Supervise all ongoing operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
• Closely track operational workflows and identify areas for improvement.

Decision Making & Planning:

• Assist the Directors in making informed decisions by providing critical insights and reports.
• Develop strategic plans for future growth and operational efficiency.

Meetings & Scheduling:

• Coordinate and manage the Directors' schedules, including meetings and appointments.
• Organize meetings for the Directors and their teams, ensuring all necessary preparations are made.

Reporting & Communication:

• Collect reports from all teams, analyze them, and present them to the Directors in a structured format.
• Assign report generation tasks to employees, provide clear guidelines, and monitor progress.
• Evaluate employee performance through report quality and timeliness.

Team Coordination:

• Act as a liaison between the Directors and various teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of goals.
• Maintain a detailed reporting form to track and manage team performance.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably in the fashion, retail, or manufacturing sector.
• Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Proactive Approach: Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Location: Must be based in Delhi or Noida, or willing to relocate.
