Franchise Manager & Franchise Executive ( Women's Ethnic Wear)

a leading manufacturer of women's ethnic wear, aims to expand its franchise network globally and across India. We are looking for Franchise Managers and Franchise Executives with strong sales acumen and a strategic approach to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Franchise Development:

• Identify and generate new franchise inquiries through various channels.
• Build a robust pipeline of potential franchise partners, both domestically and internationally.
• Conduct market research to identify suitable markets and franchise opportunities.

2. Investor Management:

• Engage with potential investors to present the Brand franchise model.
• Highlight franchise benefits, including profit margins, support systems, and growth opportunities.
• Answer investor queries, provide detailed information, and build confidence in the brand.

3. Franchise Acquisition & Agreements:

• Manage the entire franchise acquisition process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met.

4. Franchise Onboarding & Training:

• Oversee the setup of new franchise outlets, including location selection, store setup, and team training.
• Ensure franchises adhere to brand standards, merchandising guidelines, and operational protocols.

5. Profitability Management:

• Support franchisees in achieving profitability and operational excellence.
• Provide ongoing guidance on marketing strategies, inventory management, and customer engagement.
• Monitor franchise performance and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability.

6. Follow-Up & Meetings:

• Regularly follow up on inquiries and maintain a strong relationship with potential and existing franchisees.
• Organize and conduct meetings with prospects to convert them into franchise partners.
• Maintain detailed records of follow-ups, meetings, and communication with leads.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in franchise management, business development, or sales, preferably in the fashion or retail sector.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive Approach: Ability to initiate and drive the franchise process independently.
• Knowledge: Understanding of franchise management, agreements, and business development strategies.
• Location: Must be based in Delhi or willing to relocate.
• Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English is required
