Technical Interview
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Seeking a seasoned sales executive with aggressive selling skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Specialized experience in B2B sales is required.
- Proficiency in G-Suite and Excel.
- Passion for branding and a keen eye for market trends.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience with KPIs/KRAs.
- High-performing & self-driven individual.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Cultural Fit Interview
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with delivery managers and other teams to ensure smooth & timely order delivery & customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by identifying opportunities, generating leads, & closing deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed sales strategies.
- Possess knowledge of logistics and supply chain management to effectively analyze order fulfillment and delivery processes.
- Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.
- Proactively manage and nurture the sales pipeline to ensure continuous business growth.
- Represent the company by effectively presenting and promoting products at different events to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
- Strategically explore and identify untapped markets, market segments, and geographies to penetrate and expand the customer base.
- Ensure timely and effective follow-up on client payments to maintain positive cash flow and financial stability.
