Sales & Business Development:
• Drive sales of Honda motorcycles, accessories, and services to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on Honda products, demonstrating their unique features and performance.
• Organize and participate in sales events, exhibitions, and customer promotions to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
Customer Experience:
• Deliver a premium customer experience by addressing customer queries and offering customized motorcycle solutions.
• Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging long-term loyalty.
• Follow-up with customers post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and promote service packages.
Product Knowledge & Market Insights:
• Stay updated on the latest Honda models, technical specifications, and industry trends.
• Gather feedback from customers to provide insights on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market demands.
Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with other departments, including service and aftersales, to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to dealership targets by supporting team efforts and sharing valuable market insights.
Requirements:
Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in premium motorcycle sales, ideally with luxury brands (Automobile experience preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and providing a premium customer experience.
Driving Skills:
A valid driving license is a MUST (Motorcycle license required).
• Must be proficient in driving motorcycles, with the ability to demonstrate vehicles to customers.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Honda motorcycles and other premium brands.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
Education:
• A graduate in any discipline, with a preference for those with automotive or sales-related certifications.
Personal Traits:
• Passionate about motorcycles and the Honda Motorcycle brand.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about providing a top-tier customer experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
