We are seeking a dynamic and motivated LCL (Less than Container Load) Sales Executive to join our growing team in Mumbai City. This is an urgent opening for a full-time position, and we need an immediate joiner who can step into the role and start making an impact. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth in our logistics and transport operations by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Your ability to establish strong relationships with clients in the freight industry will be essential to your success.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the LCL market.
- Identify and target potential clients while maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our services to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts while strategically planning to meet organizational goals.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote company services.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of company products, services, and market conditions.
- 4-8 years of experience in sales within the logistics industry, specifically in LCL.
- Proficient knowledge of freight forwarding and supply chain management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to travel as needed.
- Education background can be any; relevant industry experience will be prioritized.
