Global Forwarding delivers cargo across our global network via road, rail, sea, and air. The role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Support to join our organization based in Mumbai.
- To procure & prepare quote for Local sold customer, follow up & negotiation.
- Negotiate with our agents and product for closures
- Maintaining the weekly, bi weekly & monthly reports includes - Quote log , MBR & other reports. Campaign reports , trade lane initiative.
- Work closely with Account Owner/Salesperson for client requirements, follow-up and opportunities (Win/Lost)
- Liaising with different offices/ departments within the organisation
- Be a focal point for west region for any sales data collection, liaise with sales team & compilation in timely manner.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Years Of Experience: min 5 years in Sales Support
- Qualification : Any Graduate or post Graduate also preferred
- Industry Preferred: Specifically, Freight Forwarding , Shipping , Logistics
- Knowledge of : MS Excel , Power point is required.
