Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the transport and logistics sector.
Maintain and grow relationships with direct shippers and existing clients.
Present and promote our services, showcasing the advantages of choosing our freight solutions.
Conduct market research to identify new trends and areas for growth.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Provide feedback to management regarding market changes and competitor activities.
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably 2-5 years in the logistics industry.
Strong understanding of SEA IMPORT, freight forwarding, and import sales processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
Results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
