We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic tele caller to join our team. The Tele caller will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, maintaining client relationships, and supporting our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our freight forwarding services. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the Excel/Google spreadsheets. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities. Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure client needs are met. Possess knowledge of the freight forwarding, import, and export business and processes. Provide customers with information about our products, rates and services. Handle both inbound and outbound calls. Understand customer needs and resolve their queries over the phone. Call active and potential clients to promote the purchase of services. Generate leads from the provided database. Search for clients on Google or online impoter/exporter sites and generate leads through cold calls and emails. Understand customer needs and effectively pitch sales. Schedule appointments with prospective leads. Build and maintain relationships with clients. Close sales and achieve quarterly targets.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor s degree is preferred. Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
