Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team specializing in Tele-Radiology services. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare services, particularly in the fields of radiology and critical care, as well as a strong sales acumen with established network of decision makers within healthcare industry

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Strategy Development:

• Identify potential markets and target customers within the healthcare sector.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Tele-Radiology services.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

2. Sales and Business Development:

• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities through direct and indirect sales channels.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations to healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical institutions.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

3. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital Owners, administrators, radiologists, Paramedical staff and critical care specialists
• Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding.

4. Product Knowledge and Training:

• Stay updated on the latest developments in Tele-Radiology services.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on the benefits and usage of the services offered.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, sales pipeline, and closed deals.
• Prepare regular sales reports for the management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, Medical equipment sales, Telemedicine, or related services.
• Strong understanding of Tele-Radiology and other Telemedicine services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to extensive travel covering 2 to 3 states

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in selling complex healthcare services or technology solutions.
• Established network of contacts within the healthcare industry.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance issues in Telemedicine.
