Job Title: Direct Channel Sales Representative

• Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our Direct Channel team at HDFC Life. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by selling HDFC Life insurance products through direct sales channels.

2. Field Sales.

5. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, company policies, and sales processes.

Desired Skills and Experience:

1. Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the insurance industry or a related field (BFSI)

2. Proven sales track record, with a consistent achievement of sales targets.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Strong product knowledge and understanding of insurance products and concepts.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Education:

1. Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
