Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess the quality of online consultations to ensure adherence to company guidelines and healthcare standards.
• Conduct audits of patient interactions, providing feedback to healthcare professionals to enhance service quality.
• Analyse consultation data and identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks and best practices for digital consultations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including doctors, customer support, and product teams, to improve service quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in digital healthcare.
• Identify training needs and assist in conducting training programs for healthcare professionals.
• Generate reports and provide insights to management for continuous quality improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality analysis, preferably in digital health, telemedicine, or healthcare services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance, data privacy, and regulatory guidelines.
• Experience with QA tools, reporting dashboards, and data analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in digital healthcare platforms, teleconsultation services, or hospital QA.
• Certification in Quality Assurance or Process Improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO, or Lean methodologies).
