OT Technicians

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during operations in the operation theatre (OT) by preparing equipment, supplies, and ensuring sterility.
  
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities to medical staff.
  
• Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures, including notes on patient care and treatment plans.
  
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth functioning of OT operations.
  
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and protocols related to infection control, safety standards, and quality improvement initiatives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience as an OT Technician or similar role in a reputed hospital setting.
  
• B.Sc / Diploma in Any Specialization from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of operating room procedures, surgical techniques, and medical terminology.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
