Job Summary:
As an Associate - Finance specializing in doctor billing and payouts for the Teleradiology division, you will be responsible for accurately managing financial transactions related to doctor payouts, billing, and reconciliation. Your role will focus on ensuring the proper and timely execution of payments to doctors, processing invoices, and maintaining clear financial records. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling billing processes, preferably in the Teleradiology sector, and possess strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end doctor payout process for the Teleradiology division, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Generate invoices for radiologists and medical professionals based on their services rendered, including shift payments, case reviews, and consultation fees.
• Reconcile doctor billing with service logs, patient reports, and radiology output to ensure accuracy and compliance with agreed terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, HR, and finance) to ensure that all necessary documentation is in place for timely payments.
• Track and process doctor fees, deductions, taxes, and other applicable charges in compliance with financial regulations.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of doctor billing, including payment schedules, contract terms, and service data.
• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports related to doctor payouts, revenue, and costs.
• Handle queries and discrepancies related to doctor payments, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Support the finance team in month-end closing activities, audit preparation, and financial analysis related to teleradiology operations.
• Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements that affect doctor billing and payouts, ensuring adherence to financial policies and legal obligations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in finance roles, specifically handling doctor billing and payouts (experience in Teleradiology or healthcare is highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of billing processes, invoice generation, and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with healthcare billing standards, doctor compensation models, and regulatory compliance in the healthcare industry.
• Ability to manage large volumes of financial data and maintain accuracy in billing records.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to handle queries from doctors, finance teams, and other stakeholders.
• A proactive and organized approach to handling tasks, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Teleradiology operations is a plus.
