QA QC Engineer- Immediate Joiner

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures in each product line.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues and develop corrective actions.
• Develop and execute test plans to check infrastructure and systems technical performance. Report on results and make recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with local, national, and international standards and legislation.
• Monitor the performance of the quality management system and produce data and report on performance, measuring against set standards.
• Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors.
• Manage and coordinate the quality control program to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Quality Control Engineer or relevant role in Quality Assurance.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with quality testing machines and systems.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain quality control processes.
• Attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
• BSc degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance or relevant field.
