Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Health Club Manager to oversee the daily operations, business development, and customer engagement of our health club and fitness center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, fitness management, and revenue generation, ensuring a seamless experience for members while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Operations & Maintenance:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the health club, fitness center, and banquet facilities.
• Ensure proper maintenance of gym equipment, spa, pool, and other club facilities.
• Implement health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations.

✅ Customer Experience & Engagement:

• Maintain high standards of hospitality and member service.
• Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations efficiently.

✅ Business Development & Revenue Generation:

• Plan and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new members.
• Manage memberships, promotions, and corporate tie-ups for revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.

✅ Financial Management & Budgeting:

• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and revenue forecasts.
• Optimize operational costs while ensuring service excellence.
• Track KPIs, membership trends, and financial performance.

✅ Marketing & Brand Positioning:

• Lead digital and offline marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
• Organize fitness programs, events, and wellness initiatives.

Key Requirements:

✔ 8+ years of experience in hospitality, health club, or fitness center management.
✔ Strong expertise in operations, sales, marketing, and customer service.
✔ Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and revenue management.
✔ Knowledge of fitness trends, wellness programs, and member engagement strategies.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and drive business growth.
