Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. This strategic leader will be responsible for developing and executing a variety of marketing strategies both digital and offline to drive brand growth and revenue. They will lead and mentor the marketing team, oversee comprehensive campaign execution, collaborate with social influencers, integrate offline marketing, and execute impactful product launches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diverse marketing strategies, team management, and a proven track record of delivering results. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals for both the organic food and real estate sectors.
  • Identify target audiences and craft positioning strategies to maximize market reach for both companies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
  • Ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Align strategy with business growth objectives and revenue targets.

2. Digital Marketing & Advertising:

  • Develop and manage online marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and display advertising for both companies.
  • Ensure a strong brand presence across digital, print, and outdoor media through well-planned marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee website performance, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Collaborate with agencies or in-house teams for effective ad placements and campaign performance tracking.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to drive innovation.
  • Set and track KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.

3. Offline Marketing & Traditional Advertising:

  • Develop and execute offline marketing strategies including print ads, hoardings, banners, brochures, and event marketing for both companies.
  • Develop partnerships with media and PR agencies for brand outreach.
  • Work with external vendors for printing, media buying, and outdoor advertising placements.
  • Ensure brand visibility across traditional and digital mediums to create an omnichannel presence.

4. Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels.
  • Plan and execute branding strategies to enhance brand visibility and positioning.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials, platforms, and advertising channels.
  • Deliver high-impact digital and offline campaigns that enhance brand awareness and customer reach.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize branding and customer engagement strategies.

5. Brand Awareness and Reputation:

  • Build and maintain a strong brand identity through consistent messaging and visuals for both companies.
  • Develop brand communication strategies to enhance brand perception and engagement.
  • Manage public relations, media partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
  • Oversee content creation for social media, blogs, PR, and other marketing channels.
  • Handle crisis management and reputation protection strategies.

6. Product Launches & Company Events:

  • Plan, manage, and execute impactful product launches, corporate events, and brand activations for both companies.
  • Allocate budgets effectively to maximize impact while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Organize engaging launch events, product demos, and experiential marketing activities.
  • Gather customer and stakeholder feedback to improve future product launches.
  • Align launch plans with overall business objectives and marketing goals.

7. Social Media & Content Marketing:

  • Manage content creation for social media, blogs, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand reach.
  • Develop engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels, videos, carousels, etc.).
  • Work closely with content writers to develop high-quality, compelling marketing content aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and collaborate with social media influencers to expand brand presence and audience reach.

8. Product Knowledge & Training:

  • Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Provide insights to the product development team based on customer feedback.
  • Ensure all employees have a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and unique selling points.

9. Driving Revenue & Business Growth:

  • Develop marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products to existing customers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target segments.
  • Drive growth in revenue and lead generation through targeted marketing efforts.

10. Customer Acquisition and Retention:

  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Develop and execute targeted acquisition campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
  • Implement promotional strategies to boost brand visibility and attract customers.
  • Monitor customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and social media interactions.

11. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate insights for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting ROI and growth metrics.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to optimize budget allocation and marketing spend.
  • Implement marketing automation tools and dashboards for real-time analytics.

12. Innovation and Trends:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behavior shifts.
  • Experiment with new digital channels and growth hacking techniques.

13. Team Leadership & Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for team members.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and design teams to ensure marketing efforts support business objectives.

14. E-commerce Marketing & Sales:

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales for the organic food company.
  • Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images on e-commerce platforms.
  • Implement strategies for improving e-commerce conversion rates and reducing cart abandonment.
  • Manage and analyze e-commerce sales data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others to enhance product visibility.

15. Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and implement strategies to generate revenue through various marketing channels.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Create and manage promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase revenue.
  • Identify and target high-value customers to maximize revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

16. WhatsApp & Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage with customers directly.

19. Influencer Marketing & Collaboration:

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers in the health, wellness, and real estate sectors to promote products and properties.
  • Develop influencer marketing strategies to reach target audiences and increase brand awareness.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of influencer partnerships and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors.

20. Employer Branding:

Qualification & Skills -

● 8 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, and offline marketing.

● Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● Proven expertise in performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.

● Experience in handling offline marketing campaigns (print ads, banners, hoardings, events, etc.).

● Strong leadership and team management skills.

● Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.
