Key Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk Management:
    • Greet and welcome visitors, students, and staff with a professional and friendly demeanour.
    • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
    • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  2. Administrative Support:
    • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for staff as needed.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document distribution.
    • Assist with maintaining office supplies and inventory for the reception area.
  3. Visitor Coordination:
    • Register and direct visitors to appropriate departments or staff members.
    • Ensure security protocols are followed by maintaining a log of visitors and issuing visitor passes.
  4. Communication:
    • Serve as the communication hub for the institute, relaying messages accurately and promptly.
    • Provide basic information about the institutes programs, events, and services to visitors and callers.
  5. Support for Events:
    • Assist in the coordination of events, workshops, and seminars held at the institute.
    • Ensure seamless communication and logistical arrangements for guests and participants.

The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and staff, managing front-desk activities with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and organizational skills.



Preferred candidate profile

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in any field is preferred.
  • Experience: Over 5 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-desk role.
  • Skills Required:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office equipment such as printers and scanners.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • A professional and pleasant demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
