Head Admissions

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement admission strategies to meet the institute's enrollment targets
- Lead and manage the admissions team, including admissions counselors, and support staff
- Oversee the entire admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions to promote the institute's programs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Analyze admissions data and trends to inform admission strategies
- Ensure compliance with admission regulations and policies
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in management or a related field
- At least 5-7 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in meeting enrollment targets
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
