Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, check-in, and provide information about hotel facilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective telephone handling and guest interaction.
  
• Proficiency in computer operating systems for efficient mail drafting and record-keeping.
  
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
