Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Generating leads via emails, social prospecting and calling.
• Company, market and competitor research analysis.
• Religiously does follow-ups.
• Customer and company research analysis.
• Maintains all email and call reports in CRM or Excel, presents or supervisor and team manager.
• Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Zoho CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
• A team contributor and vision to learn and present experience.
• A candidate who reads the latest trends in marketing and pre-sales environment. And can present new ideas to the team.
• Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using Zoho CRM software.
• Collaborating with team manager on lead generation goals.
• Administer Zoho CRM, Data repository and local file systems.
• Candidates need to be a professional person and know email etiquettes.
• Person need to be residing in Pune, as this is a work from office job.

Skills:

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
• Use of internet tools like chrome browser, outlook email, and LinkedIn.
• Email writing skills/Cold email writing skills, calling skills and some CRM skills.
• Spoken and written English skills.
• Presentation skills on Windows PPT and Canva.
