Position: Business Development Executive AEC Industry

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
Shift Timing: US Shift (3:00 PM to 1:00 AM)
Experience: Fresher to 3 Years (Minimum 1 year of Inside Sales experience preferred)
Qualification: Any Graduate (Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred)
Skills Required:
• B2B Sales
• Effective Communication
• Domain Knowledge in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Data Mining and Lead Generation
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Utilize farming and hunting techniques to generate and nurture leads within the international AEC market.
• Account Management: Take ownership of an international territory and achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Key Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering outstanding service.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Client Meetings: Strategically schedule and lead client meetings to drive growth and close business deals.
• Promotional Activities: Collaborate on tailored promotional campaigns, considering local languages and cultural nuances.
• Market Insights: Provide key insights on market trends and developments, aligning with company strategy.
• Networking: Engage with clients confidently at events, conferences, and presentations.
• Lead Generation Tools: Leverage tools like LinkedIn for effective lead generation and data mining.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying and seizing sales opportunities.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with international clients.
• Global Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a global team environment.
• Travel Willingness: Ability to travel internationally for client meetings, conferences, and events.
