Tooltech Global Engineering is a 24-year-old engineering services company, headquartered in Pune, India and with offices in Germany, Sweden and Finland. We offer end-to-end solutions in mechanical, electrical & controls, electronics and embedded engineering across domains heavy engineering, automotive both product and production engineering, healthcare, consumer durables, public transportation etc. We have delivered over 2400 projects. About 90% of our clients are international and 70% German; with a customer satisfaction index of 81.5%. We are an ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 certified firm and have long standing relationships with marquee clients such as Daimler, Scania, Valmet, Alfa Laval and many others.


Job Description:

  • Conduct telecalling, cold calling, and cold emailing to identify and generate leads.
  • Design and execute targeted email campaigns to attract potential clients.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Use German language proficiency (written and spoken, at least B2 level) to communicate effectively with German-speaking clients.
  • Draft professional emails, proposals, and other communication in both English and German.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with senior managers and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
  • Engage in virtual meetings, emails, and cold calls with potential German customers to generate leads and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation and outreach activities.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in German Language (Read, write and speak - B2/C level or higher)
