Senior Project Manager

• This role will have overall project responsibility and accountability in terms of Budget/Revenue, Planning, Tracking, Monitoring, Controlling and Execution.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in end to end e-learning project management(No translation or localization projects).

Role & responsibilities

• Client engagement, relationship building and ensuring client delight.
• Monitoring the allocation of resources across projects
• Tracking and controlling client and team metrics.
• Analyzes profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization across projects.
• Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects.
• Working on the SOWs/RFPs and budgets.
• Minimizes exposure and risk across projects.
• Client engagement on a regular basis on the status of multiple projects.
• Determines appropriate revenue recognition and ensures accurate invoicing.
• Reviews high-level deliverables across projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• Understand fundamental design principles: typography, composition, hierarchy, and colour. Proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Captivate, After Effects, and Vyond.
• Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Projects.
• Have excellent business analysis skills, negotiation skills, communication skills, and people management skills.
• Have hands-on knowledge of technical aspects of software used in e-learning like Flash, HTML, HTML5, Authoring Tools and mobile development.
