Its great to start your career here but its a service based company and people don't get much appraisal here. But its best for freshers to gain experience and have fixed decent salary.

Dislikes

Retention rate is high due to low appraisal and not much growth. I suggest to work here for 1.5-2 years max and get a good jump.

The only thing I can say good about the company is salar is transferred on time.

Work culture, works like a lala company, no job security, no work life balance, gender biased, favoratism even at mid senior level. Managers don't know how to handle team and create chaos in the team. Long working hours on regular basis.

I like to appreciate only HR for their independent work culture but the most head ache is the Administration, The entire Administration teams are involved in illegal parking collection with the Parking Mafia and stolen employees vehicle by stealer.
