Project Manager

As the Project Manager at Sansera Engineering, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery within specified timeframes and budget constraints.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
2. Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, designers, and production personnel, to achieve project objectives.
3. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize impact on project deliverables.
4. Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders across the organization.
5. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure project requirements are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Waterfall.
