Roles and Responsibilities

• Collate and validate and implement corrections received from authors and editors in the publishing process
• Ensure consistency of styles based on style documents
• Ensure all necessary instructions are adhered to
• Ensure communication about any clarification is raised per procedure
• Ensure adherence to timelines

Desired Candidate Profile

• A high standard of written and spoken English and ability to comprehend instructions
• Attention to detail, together with the ability to proofread as necessary
• Ability to fix errors and validate corrections based on style guides and instructions provided
• Ability to adhere to documented instructions
• Good knowledge of MS office and ability to work in a digital environment
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, work well with others and show initiative
