This position will be responsible for executing and supporting all tasks regarding communication of offers & benefits, procurement, contractual, renewal, internal and external stakeholder management, offers escalation management for premium cards in India market.

Act as point of contact for partners external and internal and ensure that the process of communication, offer enrollment, renewal are managed end to end.

We are looking for an energetic, agile, passionate and hands on individual to join the team to continue to drive growth in a dynamic fast paced environment.

Gaining an in depth understanding of the Premium product and benefits, and to assist in creation of strategies and ensure implementation where required.

Job Responsibilities:.

Manage the premium calendar for all planned deployments.

End to End management for new and existing offers & updation of offers across assets.

Collaborate with Brand, CLM, Partnerships team, External Partners, Operational stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis.

Launch and manage new campaigns & tactical offers for Premium cards.

Partner with multiple teams across Brand, CEN, CFN and Sales to drive adoption and offer fulfillment.

Investigating, problem solving and recommending solutions to improve the customer experience.

Deliver insights based on customer satisfaction surveys and competitor benchmarking to identify, recommend, and size product improvements to improve customer satisfaction.

Ensuring non ORE and compliant offer creations.

Monthly connects with all key stakeholders and manage the MOMs and action / follow up items as per the connects.

Qualifications.

Bachelors/Masters Degree with 6-8 yearsexperience in Marketing and brand communications domain.

Self-starter, shows strong self-initiative to meet deliverables and overcome issues.

Strength in building and leveraging relationships, experience in working within a cross functional matrix.

Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Prior experience in communications and digital marketing is preferable.

Must be proficient in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Strong project management skills.

Good to have knowledge of platforms : IMH (salesforce), One CMS, CMS, JIRA, AEMP.

Technical Skills/Capabilities: Excel, Power point.
