Job Description
- Monthly MIS reporting on work safety and Food safety incident to the management.
- Preparing daily and weekly report and organizing review with management.
- Preparation of training Matrix and Training Module.
- Conducting internal QHSE audit and Vendor Audits.
- Food & water lab test coordination and report sharing.
- Training calendar preparation & adhering the training calendar at site. New joiners safety induction & orientation along with regular training.
- Snag list preparation and shared with the client.
- Work safety incident report and Food safety incident report (RCA) preparation.
- Conduct HACCP & HIRA analysis in the food production line.
- Co-ordinating to get ERC & HRC certification from FSSAI.
- Implementation of ISO 22000 process.
- Creation of New posters and implementation ideas.
- Organizing awareness events like National Safety Day, Food safety day and Global Hand wash day
