Junior Executive - Production

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement production schedules for elevator components and systems to meet delivery timelines.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted production processes.

Oversee the assembly and testing of elevator parts, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods to avoid production delays.

Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges efficiently to minimize downtime.

Ensure machinery and equipment maintenance to prevent operational interruptions.

Maintain accurate production records, including material usage, output data, and quality reports.

Supervise and train team members to ensure efficiency and compliance with production standards.

Collaborate with quality assurance teams to meet internal and regulatory quality benchmarks.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives and cost-optimization strategies.
