HIRING FOR HR Senior HR Executive Looking for an IMMEDIATE JOINER (FEMALE Preferred)

Role & responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

Volume Hiring: Manage high-volume recruitment for roles such as Sales, Customer Support, Operations, and other non-IT positions.

Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job boards, social media, and other channels to attract and screen candidates.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-up with candidates.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive recruitment process, maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.

Recruitment Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate records and track key hiring metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, etc.).

Preferred candidate profile:

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Experience: 2-4 years in non-IT recruitment and volume hiring.

Skills:

Strong sourcing and screening skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.

Attributes:

Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.
