HIRING FOR SME - US PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE END TO END CLAIMS PROCESSES

Key Responsibilities

LOB/function. Actively participates in the Claims processes to support FNOL, Triage, Claim Set Up, Adjudication, First Party, Subrogation, Third Party management, Litigation, Payment, etc.

• Process property and casualty insurance transactions to include but not limited to FNOL, Triage, Claim Set Up, Adjudication, First Party, Subrogation, Third Party management, Litigation, Payment, etc. and miscellaneous items in accordance with established department guidelines.
• Communicate with external and internal customers to achieve the highest level of customer service. Ensures accurate and timely servicing of accounts.
• Develop and maintain proficiency in providing accurate processing and servicing of business.
• Provides additional general support to the team as needed for workflow optimization.
