Hi Candidate,

We are hiring for Bureau Accounting and Settlement Role for Vikhroli - Mumbai for a Reinsurance process.

Roles and Responsibilities: -

Advisor and Senior Advisor:-

• Managing the financial day to day activities of Clients via the platform
• Performing a key role on the underwriter side of insurance handling reconciliation of accounts for claims & premiums.
• Fair knowledge of the London insurance Market (Lloyds) as well as companies that trade in the London insurance market outside Lloyds i.e. Institute of London Underwriters (ILU) and London Insurance and Reinsurance Market Association (LIRMA) will be an added advantage.
• Handling adjustments or offsets to receivable items, posting & application of monies including incoming wires and corporate transfers.
• Arranging timely payments for different currencies as instructed by the carriers. Also arranging out of account settlements for premiums including premium warranties, premium discounts.
• Transfer of funds to Underwriter via Casa/Xchanging.
• Involved in month end activities which involves Payables, Receivables and Reconciliation.
• Analyzing Debts/Payables regularly and preparing action plans for control and timely clearances.
• Responsible for paying the Client Claims quickly following the pay as paid policy.
• Resolving queries of clients and underwriters. Resolving queries before the funds are received from or released to the end party

Skills:

• Business Communication Written & Verbal
• Any Graduate
• Analytical skills (including but not limited to - Eye for detail, Interpretation of documents)
• Basic MS Office Skills (especially, Excel and Word)
• Only Mumbai based candidates.
